Well, I guess they’ll still be freaky. Because I’m so freaky, every day is freaky! You may have even already noticed, since there wasn’t a video yesterday.
So, no more videos. As Pace said in her beautiful, moving video on Tuesday, this whole video thing has been hard. For me, it was hard because I’m a jeep driver.
Doing things on a very regular schedule is very hard for me. I tend to lose motivation and get whiny and stuck. Having our blog overrun with scheduled posts all in series was driving me batty and stifling my creativity and making me cry.
The video run was an experiment. It was fun, but I’m glad it’s over. We’ll be doing at least one more video – on May 11th. We’ve got a big announcement coming! But otherwise, we’re done for now with the videos.

Are you canceling videos altogether, or just video series? From what I heard, it sounds like it was the “series” part that was tough, not the “video” part itself.

The only thing I’ll really miss about the video posts was, I liked the number of posts that were happening per week.
If it’s not working for you, I fully support your decision to drop it. I’d just like to see something else wonderful coming out of less-stressed people, if that were possible! :) If one or two posts a week are all that can be managed, I’ll be happy that y’all are managing your lives around your needs, and not anyone else’s desires.

@Julia, we always post three times a week: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We occasionally do bonus posts on different days, but three times a week is about all we can handle and not lose our minds. (: Thanks for the compliment!

I loved the video posts just because I got to see you and feel more of who you are, but certainly don’t need them all the time. Can’t imagine how stressful they would be for a jeep driver… I want you to be totally in alignment with your flow, since I know that will make more of you available for awesomeness for everyone. Yea, for setting such a good example for us all.
